The quest does not work for me, every time I defeat the Malcom-Crew with Yusei on my 2nd turn, this victory is not counted at all...

It has to be on the 2nd turn in total, so basically your very first turn.

It's not YOUR 2nd turn, but 2nd turn.
It means you have to get red side in the coin toss and win in your turn.
