So Komoney expect us new players into buying 3 copies of legion the fiend jester from a useless power creeped super old box in order to play this card competitively, otherwise good luck trying to summon it when mask change f.vckers destroy you in one turn. This is how bad this game is right now.
It is normal summoned not special, you have to wait 1 turn and protect your monster for tribute. Or you can double summon / arivalrivals. But still the fiend jester is the fastest way and it also searches for another one. Use fiend jester to summon her and search for another. Then attack and use arivalrivals to summon another one female Anki w built in arrows! This card has otk potential!
You don't need fiend jester specifically for this card. The effect lets you use any spellcaster as a single tribute. Jester only really helps tangetially as part of a spellcaster deck.
Konami expects you to appreciate how cool it is as a tech card. Peten the Dark Clown is rare from the same minibox that gives WoD, Chalice, Draining Shield.
