Monster Reborn is an unobtainable card yet some NPC's seem to have it in their decks including the ones in the tower. Wonder why Konami made it so we can't get this card at this point when it could've featured as an reward card.

You can put 3 monster reborn on your own deck if you can hack into the game yourself, but server will refuse to enter pvp with it.
