you are right but it will be semilimited because with 2 trunade and 3 karma cut you beat ANY deck, ANY backrow, and EVERY top tier deck can do this.
So it will be banned after KC cup
This card imo will never ever get banned. or limited. Yes it is powerful in current meta but faaaaar from broken. Its a 2for1 card. Sooner or later a newer, better, more broken card will get released and karna cut will just fade like tons of other generic trap cards that were staple in past (see canadia, sakuretsu, widespread ruin, dimension prison, raigeki break, floodgate etc etc etc).
What the 🔥 is this cope. RBreak and Floodgate are currently the 2nd and 3rd most popular trap cards in the official ranking for platinum and above /today/. Htf can you say they "faded" jesus christ the comments I read here
At early game, this card stop your opponent combo by banishing one of their face up monster. In the late game this card banish any monster with the same name in the graveyard, completely shut down opponent plays.
