Definitely Kaibaman/Black Dragon's Chick/Lord of D. Their effects/support cards only activate if the monster is face-up.

Also, any card with an effect that can be activated when on the field. Time Wizard, for example.

I wouldn't use Floodgate on Kaibaman/Chick's. Because, ok, your opponent cant summon the Dragon... on that turn. Next turn he manages to drop the Dragon on field and blow you. So I rather use it on the Dragon, so I can summon a 2500+ atk monster
