BEWD special summoned by Kaiba Man/Kidmodo Dragon can't be killed by Blast held by a Tribute as it isn't tribute summoned.
To use Blast held by a tribute:
LD Alexis lvl 10 has weak tribute monster(1800 ATK). So you only need 1700 and 1900 Beater(the first to have them attack into them and the latter to be save to win, except you don't want). Cyber Tutu(1k direct attacker) need to be killed.
After you summoned the 1900 beater, you wait until you have Blast held by a Tribute to you summon the 1700. When she finally summon her 1800 tributes, you are ready to use it.
