Expensive and Powerful cards aren't broken. They are well designed and thought out cards.

If a card requires you to think instead of auto winning by drawing it then it's a bad card. Many champions lose games because of timeout.
Hence why GOOD cards like Levianeer and this one exist.

You don't make sense. UR, SR doesn't mean it's expensive, nor that it's powerful. There are URs that are f2p. Some are harder to get in big boxes. Some are easier to grind for. You just want to say money is the best thing and Idc about that.
