Got to Legend with this deck, struggling to get any higher in present climate. Cyber Angels ruin it most games and are very common. Phoenix and Hazy Flame decks are also annoying. Sea Stealth you can beat if you're clever about it and wait for the right moment. Burn is pretty easy, Glad Beast match-up is excellent. Aliens is about 50/50.
Would recommend 2 Vivid Knight over Pavo outright, I always hate drawing Pavo, and running 2 Caninetaur. Card is a 1900 beater that acts as a second Yamato, albeit a slightly nerfed one.
Biggest weakness of the deck is getting over multiple boss monsters, in fact anything with over 2000 atk is going to cause problems unless you have a defense card on hand immediately or you have Boar ready in grave.
Am F2P at time of writing and haven't been playing this game for more than a month yet, so still adapting to stuff I never saw back when I was playing RL YGO.
Pavo is super weak once you leave the lower tiers and any competent player will just play around it. Could maybe run 1 as a Yamato search option, but more than that is just cloggy and Vivid does the job better.
I'm playing it with a lot of in-hand effect cards like vivid knight, kuriboh, chaos hunter and bacon saver, brely setting anything and its working ok, I feel like i can make it work better but something is missing for this deck, idk why konami did not release any bujin quick effect monster, they'd make the deck good
I hit KOG with this deck. Dunno if that meant I spoke too soon when I said I was stuck in my last post, I think it might have been luck in part though because I didn't face Cyber Angels for a bit (match-up is still awful), but I’ve been getting increasing success as long as I avoid them.

Eh, the deck has struggled a great deal since Sylvans hit, because it can't really contest their field presence. Wouldn't recommend playing it until Sylvans die off in some way tbh.
3 Vivid 1 Canine is valid but slightly cloggy, my present ratio if I play today is 2 Vivid 1 Canine so I can run Different Dimension Ground or Forbidden Chalice at 2.
