Can't you see the difference?
There are many cards that can trigger that skill, but this one specifically can do it almost without any cost. Puff and your health points are full again, almost no any risk, especially if you are sitting on a heavy backrow
The damage is the one that trigger the skill, not this card . This card simply made your survive turn, but with addition YOUR OPPONENT made you eligible to use Destiny draw.
Unlike cosmic cyclone which reduce your LP to fulfill required LP for master of rites, this card doesn't reduce your LP in any way.
People still hate destiny draw Lol. Yes i get that it is a generic skill but it's been already powercrept by a lot of other archetype skill like demons resonance for example. If the skill is that powerful then why is at least the top 5 deck does not use it.
Make the reqs 2000 LP or lower is enough to stop veil abuse, or any future card that has similar effect with this.
-Player still able to use Destiny draw as it was intended
-Batlin boxer veil still be a good card that everyone can use that could stop most OTK
