Many old players already got multiple copies, you can also buy selection box mini vol.1 to get Chalice.

Anyway, the 7th mini box contains both Chalice and WoD - one of the best trap card in the game. So it is quite worth it.

This game is a lot less P2W than other ones like Dota 2 and LoL that give you no extra even if you use your entire savings. Duel Links is the most F2P of them all.

You can't, because there's none. Selection Box cards will eventually be in regular boxes, Structure Decks can be bought once using gems, and additional copies for SD cards can be obtained for free through Dream Tickets. (Also applies for the Silent Magician SD EX.)

DL is more F2P than Dota and LoL.
