The Example Deck provided is meant to be played with the Skill Beatdown. You would obviously need to play at least 6 Trap Cards, 6 Spell Cards, and 6 Monster Cards in order for Balance to work.
Just did a quick search on my own. There are a few trap cards that could work that way:
Interdimensional Matter Transporter
Fire Formation - Tenken (only for Barbaros)
Seal of Wickedness
Shadow-Imprisoning Mirror (only for Fusilier)
Tenken and Shadow-Imprisoning Mirror I would also exclude because they would only work on one of your monsters.
My advise is to go for more standard backrow. You are already guaranteed to open with WLC or Forbidden Chalice; a Trap Card that does the some thing would be redundant.
