This card doesn't really stop Amazoness as back then Onslaught rarely hits the Graveyard, and not everyone plays Willpower.
This card doesn't stop Sylvan from firing their effects either, it only stops them from recycling their cards. Remember, this card is a normal Spell, not a Quick-Play, so no chaining to their effect either.
SSA....did SSA deck ever care about their own Graveyard?
