I think the point is it is going to be another card that is extremely good in a BEWD deck. Specifically, the discard will allow you another card to get the white stone of ancients in the graveyard with the added bonus of wiping your opponents' monsters. Obviously it will be useful for other archetypes as well, just more so for BEWD.

yeah but the point is its really broken in decks which gain massive advatage from discard.

Blue eyes can get another effect by using it, drawing a card or special summoning another AND destroying the opponent monsters
