HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA ARE YOU SERIOUS
"Chrysalis" cards are trash, period. Nobody ever use them in real life exactly because it's always much better to run more copies of the actual Neospacians and cards like Neos Alius and Neo Space Connector, especially in DL with the more limited deck space.
