Honestly relinquished was more balanced, counter cards were useful in different situations and facing different deck. This is way more 🔥 than relinquished for sure, at least it was counterable.
I agree. Relinquished is strong but it's a 3 card combo which can be played around. Instant 2600 7star beater at the cost of easily recoverable lifepoints on demand? Broken.

Impossible to win against it... Can't use spells or traps - they will just put Champions Vigilance into play. Magic knives destroys your monsters and... bam... you lose in three turns... No chance at all.
Agreed. With the huge advantage it gives this skill should have the similar requirements as Life Cost 0. Being able to drop multiple lv7 at the start of the match is simply too much for the current meta.
