Free Special Summon together with LP recovery AND the option to tribute itseft to boost the attack of another monster DURING EITHER PLAYERS TURN? I mean, it wouldn't be broken in the current meta, but Konami is quite opposite to adding up cards that can work on their on, without any cost at all.
