Not a spam comment but konami do be scamming people out of their gems/money. I remember a while back i accidentally bought a pack which i was saving for the next box but when i contacted konami about it, they refused to refund me. I was mad. But it was also my fault because i clicked to fast & wasn't paying attention. But if you buy something by accident, don't expect a refund
I did that too. A few times but some weren't refunded because of "policies." If it doesn't work through google and you contact konami about it, they absolutely refuse to refund you. If you pau, they keep the money lol
I don't get why you'd expect them to give you a refund. That would be NICE of them, but they're certainly not OBLIGATED to fix your screw-up. (And in a game like this, there is a ton of room for abuse anyway. You could just go buy 50 packs, go complain that you "accidentally" bought them just because your pulls sucked, and trie again.)
I don't need to abuse that system & complain about what i get or didn't get in a bad pull & i certainly didn't expect them to do a damn thing. I wanted to see if they would refund for my accidental purchase. Besides, i already know a way to get refunds on purchases.
