Only used it once and it worked. Since bakura can't get over monster with over 2100 def using elements unite summon 3 element monsters and then put it in def. Do not summon gate guardian since he has 2 tribute to the doom, just play draw as fast as possible game and by the last draw you should have at least 1 element monster. Use Storm to clear back row as he has sakuretsu armor then vessel Union Combo for win. If he has not destroyed any element monster use Econ to clear 1 monster slot before last turn. He has a trap card Zoma that can inflict dmg if destroyed so put your elements in def so no monster can ram. Also if only kazejin is left you can't do 9999+ so use wand to boost kazejin after Storm Correct me if I am wrong but this should be 100%.

I'd just replace the two Econs with one Gift of the Martyr. Does the job better since it's usable even if it's at the bottom o/t deck so there's no need for two, and it even gives some bonus attack. Then you have room for another Recruiter or whatever you'd like.
Other than that it looks perfect.

already test this deck. its work 100%. mine version is replace 3 normal monster & white elephant gift for faster drawing. final turn destroy bakura trap card using storm. and get vassal on him

I used Storm too early, otherwise it would have worked perfectly fine. Thanks for sharing this deck :)

I don't have Recruiters and E-Cons so I used Skelengel and Sphere Kuriboh instead.

trust me you dont need econ for this deck. just play defensive until final turn combo.

works like a charm, As op said, if the only guardian left is kazejin then 10k damage would not be achievable, however, with 3 shard and 2 pot, you already outdraw bakura anyway so there's likely still an unused wonder wand left. i replace one econ with another wonder wand or any other equip for safe measure,

You need a field spell card and two other spell/trap cards next to storm in the normal spell/trap zone. The field spell counts as the third card.

You can also use some high attack ritual monster like Zera instead of Megacyber to easily achieve 10k damage without relying on wonder Wand to boost Kazejin. Use the Gate Guardian in hand or the elements monsters if they clogging your field(if somehow Bakura doesn't destroy them) for its tribute

just make sure you use their own ritual spell and not cards like Contract With the Abyss since those requires an exact amount of level monsters to be tributed

I know that storm is very popular however i find release restraint wave+a random equip card to be much better.I just lost cuz i stormed and cleared 2 speels/traps and the third one was the armour..this method is 100% guaranteed
