My heart goes out to all of you guys in the same situation as I. It's tough dealing with Konami support. And I honestly feel that it's getting worse. Now Konami is quoting players 6 weeks to restore accounts. My advice to you all is if you're willing to wait, then go for it. Personally, im only willing to wait another week tops. I feel that this is an issue that SHOULD be fixed within a couple days. It has been over a week now for me. Kinda sad because we're missing out on in game events and such but im hoping that everything will turn out okay. I have given KONAMI (2) different receipt screenshots so far.
It is definitely an issue that should be fixed. I heard they recently updated and still haven't added anything to help prevent this from happening. I don't feel bad for Konami at all. It's there fault that they are backed up and it's their fault that this is happening to so many people and I'm done with it. Even if I do get my account back i won't ever spend a dime or probably even play again.
gave them every bit of info they needed and every screen shot they needed to go through with the process and it's just silence. Email...days go by. they'll probably come up with some other BS and even though I think it's completely wrong in every way I'm giving it one more day and after that it's just not worth my time anymore.
Obviously a completely obsolete system in a game that was made November 2016. Get your 🔥 together Konami. Hire more people maybe? IDK and I don't give a 🔥 all I know is their customer support for duel links is the most terrible excuse for "customer support" I have ever witnessed and experienced in my life.
7 screen shots later. I ask "why is it taking so long if I'm communicating with you through the icloud account connected to my Duel Links account"? Nothing but silence after that. Cowards know they 🔥ed up so they made it so you can only do it through email but EVERYTHING with Konami's logo stamped on it you can call Konami :D or go on their website and have a nice chat with one of their agents
only when it comes to duel links though. Like I said everything else with their name on it is simple and their are multiple ways to contact them and resolve the problem.
I feel sorry too about all this and the money I spent. I sent them like 30 emails because they would not answer to me, and at the end they replied that the recovery will take about 4 months. Personally, I quit.
Guys I sent them 3 purchase receipts from google store as they asked and they told me that the issue will be handled by the responsible department. A couple days later they blame me that the receipts were fake!!!! Is this a new way to deceive you and get your money?? I had spent like 60€, not as much as others but still...
