Its the best backrow removal in the game and the lp cost is actually an advantage if you can trigger your skill with it

It's also a quick play. For good activation timing.

But the card is more decent than good because it is balanced by its cost. It is so expensive to get that it ends up being balanced.

if something is hard to get it doesnt mean its necessarily balanced.have no straight logical connection every time.you can pay for a card if you dont work hard for it like this but it will still remain broken.

No, it means you have worked hard and sacrificed a lot in order to buy this card.
Just like summoning a BE requires sacrificing 2 monsters, UR/SR like CC requires sacrificing time farming or your money.
This makes CC a very balanced card.

Sacrificing monsters isn't a newbie move if said tributed monsters are both named LAVA GOLEM !!!

If you have 2 Lava Golems on your field, you're doing something wrong.
