Wow! I'm sorry to hear about that. Honestly with the new update last week and how many people reinstalled the game after receiving "ERROR REBOOT", Konami is just swarmed with all of these account recovery requests. If you spent money on the game, I would call google/Apple for a refund and unfortunately start over.
