Not likely. Only because the skill limits what you can run in your main and extra deck. And it restricts what you can special summon from your extra deck once used.
If has wayless potential than Accel, you need to wait to your next turn to even summon anything not Wind dragon after getting that synchro. So no Black rose or Cryston in your opponents turn for example.
The only real benefit is making the Junk synchro live from the beginning. So it could be used to summon level 5 or 8 synchro asap.
