library isn't bad, that card always help me to get SM out fast when I don't have it on hand and it's better to use it to have 3 spells than power, it also saves it when people have CC
I think it's "tier 2" in my opinion, it really need that opening hand to make a good start. A whiz in furry deck can negate spells. But if you run a silent magician, you can just beat her down. The amazon deck can just banish every monster card. But I just banish every onslaught I see. Maybe that just me. But the "tier list" is b.s. I've beaten furry decks and amazon decks.
your point makes sense and I also defeated both of them. but in the end, it ends up with you needing a good hand. plus I think Amazons also has the hand problem if they don't open with princesses.
Tier 2 because of the nerf skills associate with it (Restart) even with the additional of Silent Magician, you generally need a good hand to even play.
