The deck still has flaws, if you go 1st you literally have only 1 card, ang a lot of decks can OTK you at that point. Going 2nd gives you 3 cards and you must pray it's exactly the cards you need to counter your opponent's deck. 1 card wonder only gives you more cards than your opponent on your 4th turn and that is if they don't get +1 or +2 or more with the deck they're playing already.
Put stall deck's traps (Rainbow Life, Hallowed Life Barrier, Localized Tornado, Pot of Avarice, The Golden Apples, Drowning Mirror Force, Shadow Spell, Fiendish Chain, Floodgate Trap Hole) to Limited 3
Then make One-Card Wonder skill only works if your deck contains at least 10 "Infernity" cards.
Why not limit every single trap card completely? And every single spell card too. And all effect monsters. You know what? Let's just ban everything except for normal monsters with ATK & DEF lower than 1000. This will be so much fun.
