are you serious? xDDD Bruno's skills are much better, indeed a few of them needs a T.G. Deck, but overall are much better skills than Duke.

No, the most usable skill Duke has is Crest Deployment, and maybe Dice Return if you specifically play a dice deck.

Everything else ranges from being meh to utter crap.
