Many skills fuked up now only few useful. Restart isnt viable anymore Duel standby is useless many ppl wont use Tea Gardner anymore so Tea will be a useless character. Also balance is penalising if u have 6 mpre of that type of card. So 6 magic 6 monster 6 trap its only 18 wtf i should do then.

Yes they butchered the skills to make them unusable which is great! And tea isnt garbage she still has holy guard which is meta relevant

Duel Standby is still viable. Just not for decks, that rely on Turn 1 effects.
