No, banlist by voting is a terrible idea, dLm already controls and commands a big chunk of the player base like sheeps, that "voting" would be that group deciding the banlist. Remember back then how they convinced everyone thay BE wasn't good and iT bRiCKS bRo xd despite winning tournament after tournament? That's the level of control they have over the sheeps.
