I have windstorm of etaqua in my deck. When I am autodueling against standard duellists and windstorm of etaqua is set face down, the computer doesn't activate it to stop an attack . Never, it is like he doesn't know he can stop an attack with it?
What am I doing wrong?

you are not doing wrong, the AI who helps you in auto duel is not scripted as what us human thinks. It is better to play by your own if you have some combo cards in your deck.
You are not alone in this situation, it is something the AI does. It does a lot of wierd things hence, if tou would like an optimal deck for autodueling make it more high attack monsters and equip spells , riryoku, metalmorph etc
