Ascalon is just another maximus with higher attack, unlimited removal per turn and can special summon a free synchro from the extra deck after dying. It is much more broken and deserve a ban.
Aschalon, the same as maximus? Man, their effect is totally different in every way. Not to mention how the entire deck play out in the game.
While koaki had their semi field control deck, dragunity on the other hand is totally glass cannon in its current state.
