Yes, works for Ritual, Fusion, Synchro and Xyz. Just make sure that it was properly summoned first.

Non-effect means Gemini, so I can summon Gemini Elf (the non-toon), E.Hero Neos Aius, and Red-Eyes BD.

It works with Gemini (Neos Alius)
It works with Ritual, Fusion, and XYZ that were properly summoned that has no effects.
BEUD, Master of OZ, Gagagigo the Risen, Naturia LeoDrake, Scrap Archfiend are examples.
