Found and landed on one after dueling Strings, I believe it is random (my 5th lap on the event)

It's treasure room. It appears after you've unlocked Arkana. So completed round 1.
After that it appeared roughly 2 teams per round for me. Mostly with the strings stage and mako's.

For me at least.
