Or it could be a teaser for Yugioh Zexal because this card and Final Gesture would work great with XYZ summoning. last year around this time they teased the card for synchro summoning. It could mean that XYZ summoning coming to us in september.

We've gotten XYZ in Electric Overload box, and the deck doesn't play Tribute Summon, so this card is useless in that deck.
