I'm so confused. First konami said it would take two weeks to fix, fine. But now I got an email saying they have to talk to the department head in charge to go through the next step? WHAT NEXT STEP? WTF KONAMI get it together. It's already been a week. Since my initial email to support.

Wow...It shouldn't even take a day. This is insanity. I'm even contacting them through the affiliated email that's connected to my duel links account. This is torture. Constantly checking my email and asking questions and getting no response at all. Failing to take responsibility for their mistakes is not only bold but fatal.

btw did you give them your duelist ID? and any receipts of transactions made from duel links?

Most people that come on here are confused. Any normal company would handle this type of situation with ease. By the time I get my account back I won't even want to play the game anymore so 🔥 it. I'm seriously obsessing over this 🔥 since Thursday and I'm tired of it. They can't even reply to simple questions like "how will I know when my account is restored"?
