A week ago my mobile phone deleted all my files by itself. Because I'm stupid I didn't use the data transfer function. So I send an data recovery inquiry to konami. They replied that my account is ineligible for recovery. Unsure about this statement, I replied to their answer to get further information about the problem. Now they told me, that the data recovery conditions weren't met. I researched this, but every conditions I found I definitely met, so I wanted to know what condition exactly wasn't met. But knoami won't reply anymore. So I'm really unsure what to do know, cause I don't want to start over after spending around 300 hours on this game already. If someone has any idea or suggestion, I'd be really thankful for that.

i play from january to july and decide to delete it & my account is gone coz i didnt use system transfer, so i started again from 20 days ago. Thats not hard to play from the scratch, and your gem will be used on new pack which is better than stupid ultimate rising or neo simpact or daedalus one
The thing is I remembered my last duel, and gave them a description, that should totally be enough. Also they didn't say they couldn't identify my account. The message is different, than the replies of konami I found online, saying that the information was insufficient.
