Can someone confirm if he is dropping byser shock? I have reached 2.5m in points and got 2 copies minimum of all other and over 5 copies of the rares but no byser shock.

I can confirm, drops very rarely though, compared to others. 1 drop so far

I'm ok with the Drop Rate of this card. It's one of the worst SR in the game.
