I'd guess so, the thing is that you can do it from your hand and on your first turn if anything, great addition

I think Heavy Starter is a better skill for Kaiba than Draw Sense: High Level since damage is needed for this skill to activate. Although it may leave you dead cards at starting hand

I just think that this would be better with a normal BEWD deck, maybe even a BEUD deck if people even use those

Both Heavy Starter and Draw Sense: High Level will still be 🔥 that only noobs going to use. Blue Eyes can be searched(by Blue Dragon Summoner), Kaibaman can't. Better of using Switcheroo or Destiny Draw

I still only have one copy of that card, i guess its because i fell out of love with REBD theme decks since REBMD is so crappy
