I already know what this card does. I mean how to play it in those competitive Blue Eyes Decks I mentioned. For example, the ones you can find in KoG Deck pages.
Personally I hate the competitive version of BE decks. They are ugly to watch and play.
For your question, those decks focus on drawing cards with Consonance, then on sending as much stone to the GY as possible with Consonance or traps. That's all.
Beginner level originality.

I love Blue Eyes, but I don't want to buy Lords of Shining packs just to get this card
Only bothered buying this box 2 times, and sometimes I play BE decks without even using this card. Non competitive version.
Once you have 1 WSotA in the GY you can recycle it with Master with Eyes of Blue. Or with Red Eyes Baby dragon if you mix both RE & and BE.
This card actually is quite powerful card to summon blue eyes without any tribute. Once the card is send to the graveyard, before end of turn, we can summon blue eyes from deck to the field. Which is why most of blue eyes player use 3 copies of this card
