I saw this broken piece of crap on a Platinum replay today. It destroyed an optimal Koaki deck. No level 3 weakling monster should be able to become a 3300 attack God against every single monster. This card needs to die.
The list is on the screenshot... the funny thing is that this deck is actually idiotic, because it's using a skill that bricks the deck and screws the main strategy, and there are many better options than that prototype thing. Yet it still slayed a fully optimal koaki before any of the nerfs. I can't foddamn believe list after list this card and 🔥pikeshield remain both fully available at 3.
Annoying as f**k, but because the deck isn't everywhere in Ranked, Konami doesn't really care or pay attention to the cards. They only hit Tier 1-2 decks only.
Yes it is annoying. Not only it makes cipher soldier a beater, it also shut downs almost all synchro summoning. Generic synchro such as Stardust Dragon and Black Rose Dragon, and Shiranui Squiresaga still go through, though, so it's not that bad.
"Harmless" card shuts down opponent's entire deck. This is horrible, gets in the way of all summoning. I am only beating the Cipher DNA idiots because they're extremely dumb potatoes afraid of flipping up their big beaters so they give me the time to build a board that breaks down theirs.
