Normal Summon this, summon a token. Special Summon Caligo Claw Crow, then you can tribute all 3 for Destiny HERO - Plasma (It's a Special Summon as well).
I was thinking of trying this for Plasma too. But having to run this + Crow might be using too many resources when we can use Cosmic Compass or Hamstrat to generate 3 monsters on their own. But Skyblaster works well Double Magical Arm Bind so it could see some use.
