Neither of their ace cards were box cards. I don't really see Rafael being a viable character. Sure, he could get some equip supports like Hidden Armory, but Waking the Dragons isn't that popular in Japan from what I remember, so I doubt it'd get represented by multiple characters, and Dartz is more likely than Rafael.
