Why isn't 7 tools working on the tornado traps effect? The one effect that when it's destroyed facedown, it can destroy a monster effect. It's a trap...it's being activated...7 tools stops

So what it activates in the grave. That shouldn't matter. 7 tools stops the activation of a trap and it does not limit it to just on the field. Stop fronting, Dnt act like you used wild tornado in a real life duel fuk outta here expert lol. It's an effect from a trap, it should be negated. When needle fish activates in the graveyard you can still divine wrath it soooooo.....
7 tools stops the actication of a trap card but wild tornado doesn't activate in the graveyard, only its effect activates.
Therefor 7 tools can't stop Tornado unless it is activated on the field.
