He is alevel 10... just attack.

Though he got Exodia on his second turn for my first 3 duels against him. There is a limit to how'lucky' He can get

I went ssa agaisnt that maggot and had legendary fisher boy and abyss boi but the moment he frickin drew he won. It was turn two. Like what the hell. Lucky af. The problem is that he spawns only once every day.
