Stealing a win from a tiered deck with a non-tiered one is a rush. And not only here in YGO. Winning an OU team with a RU team in Pokémon. Or beating Leroy in Tekken 7 with a bad character like Gigas. Many people do it for fun in any game with a competitive ladder. Not as rare as you think.
