Not really, different use.

Tin Goldfish is Level 4 only, while Goblindbergh is Level 4 or lower.

Well, probably when Zexal world characters gets their level increased, Bronk will get one as level up reward.

Or it will be in the next box so we can get 3 copies immediately.
