Gravekeeper's Vassal. Ishizu Ishtar level up reward (level 4). You need Union Attack to work with it though.
My plain Cerberus can almost hit 8k without vassal though (will hit 8k if I manage to get LP on brink) but I load the deck with glossy spells so that might be the factor.
