Just because his card has been printed, doesn't mean it turn him into relevant character. Why do you so obsessed with dumb characters that only appear once/twice such as Aqua Dolphin, Wheeler the monkey and someone named Leon, heck even i need Google to remember who this guy is
We didn't have tristan, marik, solomon, that dice dude(no remember name), even strings (which is in the game) you would think a non-canon irrelevant character would appear?
Your opinion are irrelevant, just because they're appear on the previous games doesn't mean they will appear on DL too. The fact Konami already skipped Noah filler arc and release his ace card in the main box
I think that in time, all those duelists and cards will be released, they just need to prolong the time since there's the just a certain amount of them, and the App itself needs to bring new things or else people are going to get bored of it.
