How is that account recovery? That seems more or less like there way of saying. "We're in over our heads and don't know what to do about our own mistake, so we will just tell people things that don't make any sense to avoid any further interaction with our customers." Just a month ago people were getting there accounts back in 2 weeks. They have a hell storm coming their way.
before anyone says "oh you're crying theyre doing the best they can." NO they are obviously not doing the best that they can if there are SO MANY PEOPLE WITH THE SAME PROBLEM! GAH! What's repulsive is this sorry excuse for a "team" can't handle their own game. It's really sad that it's a good game too. Poor customer service leads to poor customer reviews. Just bad business overall.
So yeah this is Ken. Signing off no point in updating people anymore because it's obvious that there is no point in defending DL-KONAMI support team anymore and no point to waiting if it's going to take anymore than 2 weeks.
