I got 2 of this. So when The Vagabond appeared with Silent Magician deck, I destroyed his SM Lv4 and summoned Lv8 from the deck while I have this card face down, so what I was like "here she goes, be prepared!!" what happened next? NOTHING HAPPENED! The F! What was just happened what happened to this face down card?!
It only works if they summoned from the deck or graveyard only.The player probably summoned it from his hand cards or maybe because its a vagabound challenge?Is good against vampires and only yubel i guess
No. It was from the deck and the vagabond challenge was "Defeat the Vagabond" only so there's no tricks. I saw SM come from the main deck. What's the real effect and consequences of this card? Anyone?
Either because the special summon happens during Damage Step (check the Damage Step ruling, not many kind of cards can be activated during Damage Step), or it's something regarding inherent vs non-inherent summon, although iirc Trap Hole cards are able to respond to both, so I'm leaning more towards the Damage Step thing.
You defeated SM and she SS SM lv8 from deck. Well surely the "defeat" thing happened during damage step and during damage step, only counter trap and trap that modify Atk/Def value can be activated. This is neither one of those.
