why this non effect normal monster with 1.9k attack is worth rating A+ . sorry i am new in Yugioh duel link. Other gladiator beast with effect such as Gladiator Beast Laquari only B+ with attk 2.1k if s.summon by gladiator beast effect. is shuffling back to deck is mandatory for gladiator ?

Laquari is only good if special summoned properly. Also, the current meta revolves around changing your opponent's monsters to defense position. This card has 1500 def while laquari has only 400 def.

Lol. 1500 defense won't let you survive anything. The weakest "staple" monster card is now Electro, Horus lv 4 and Mirage Dragon all have 1600 attack. 1500 Defense is irrelevant.

With Colosseum on the field, its DEF may be higher than 1500.

I mean, why not use the field spell to buff? It can basically protect itself and makes the weaker GB suddenly more powerful

Because its not meta and it takes pathfinder to dig that field spell out unless you are talking about running 3 x Coliseum but that's going to limit other tech cards that you can put in your deck.

We are not talking about buff tech, better techs like Respite, Impenetrable Attack, Disarm should be used more often, and Colosseum just stands in the way of drawing them.

You know CAN run Colosseum AND those cards, GB's constant deck shuffling helps preventing from drawing all sorts of cards. This is nothing new to GB style.

But again, just make your own decks. If you feel Colosseum is not necessary, don't use it then. However, "META" is never a reason not to use ANY card & that never changed.

META is the reason you don't use ANY card that is not META to your deck, this has never changed in ranked PVP and never will. You can only use those cards in fun duels.

Incorrect, META is the reason the all to real "No Fun Allowed" meme exists & why people tend to shy away and/or straight up quit games like Pokemon & YuGiOh because of such weak and single/simple-minded philosophy. You probably dislodge anti-mill decks and stall decks in favor of your blatantly overused Gozuki REBD meta deck, or even shy away from Mummy Blud deck because you can't endure that 🔥 feeling that you have to use a second-rate deck that is not popular to the playerbase, when in fact it can be excellent.
