U have only 1 DNA Surgery, and restart skill being neft... And i don't think we can get any copy of Gravity Bind soon( maybe lv50 reward)

actually you can have 4 ... DNA Transplant + DNA Surgery are both different cards but has the same effect of changing attributes

That's incorrect. DNA Surgery changes Type, DNA Transplant changes Attribute.
